Sup /fit/ I need some advice, I recently entered college and I don't really use social media a lot but it's starting to hurt my social life so I need advice. How can I gain a lot of followers on instagram fast and can people check the who you snapchat the most (top 3) or is that feature no longer on snapchat? and what's a good score, mine is around 40 and I feel like a loser but I don't know what I should be aiming for

also I used to have severe fucking social anxiety and honestly the way I got over it was to just go to parties and get really fucking incredibly drunk to the point where any potential way I could fuck up a conversation was nowhere near as bad as the things I'd done shitfaced, so it was ok. My gf is a few kg's overweight, and I've been jedi mind-tricking her into losing weight using various methods. Has been working a treat
She was just telling me about some woman at her work (a bigger lady) who's husband cheated on her with one of his clients (he's a pt). Conversation went from him being an ass to how you can not tell your partner youre unhappy with their body, and I almost let slip what I've been doing to her this past month. Shit was pretty tense.
Any other /fit/ bros had similar experiences? Also, is there any advantage to squatting with a narrower stance, or should you just go wide all the time?

More adductor in wide stance squats, more quads in narrow stance squats. More hip mobility required for wide stance, more ankle mobility required for narrow stance. Less range of motion in wide stance, more range of motion in narrow stance.
If your stance is too wide (very wide) you may start to get valgus collapse of your knees, which is potentially bad. If your stance is too narrow (given you can't push your knees out far enough) your femurs will hit your pelvis on the way down.
If you can't do both you need to work on flexibility.

Should I buy my own weights and a squat rack (I'd set the safeties so I could use it on my own as a bench press) or get a gun membership? I'm not opposed to either but I wanna know I'm making the best decision. On one hand if I get my own weights i could go back to my old mma gun but on the other hand I have a hard time getting myself to go there after one of my acquaintances caused a bunch of drama there. Getting a regular gym membership would also give me access to folks who could ensure my form was right.
Anyway, pic related is my motivation for tonight's workout which was 30 min on my heavy bag, stretching, then 30 min of push-ups, pullups, calf raises, and sit-ups.
My pull ups are shit, can barely hammer out two for my max. Will train that more. Push-ups aren't great at a 21 max.
I wonder if my pull up bar is putting me in a bad position? With a straight bar i can normally do pullups fine (not high reps but they are a ay easier to do and "feel right") but this one my form just feels like I'm at a huge mechanical disadvantage. Thoughts?
Final question: is suspension training any good? I didn't wanna spend $200 on a text so I sewed my own and the I just didn't feel like k was getting a better workout, but that may be due to not knowing how to use suspension straps right.
