It's my favourite fish and it's OK price, but I don't know if it's good or bad for health because it's in vegetable oil and fished from poisonous Mare Balticum.

For one, it would change the entire function of our biological systems to the point where we'd no long be humans as a species.

And two, even if we were able to make such drastic changes to physiology, there would still be a way to kill us since we'd just focus research on developing weapons that would kill us despite our new strengths.

What i dont understand the nice guys on /fit/ will tell the fatter among us to reduce our calories by 500 per day to lose weight (i believe its 1lbs per week) however what is never considered is fat people are fat because they dont stick to a diet, one day they may eat 3000 calories the next 2000 the next 4000 which means they havent got a solid number to subtract that 500 from.. what would you suggest for someone who works all day at a pc job and barely has anytime to work out due to their life schedule

Alright, Looking at a TDEE calculator now, how active would you say 2 light 30 minute walks are per day? its an hour of excersize but id still say its sedentary.

I'm considering giving up on my basic 3x5 5 day a week program and running his programs in order, the Warrior, Greek god and then Super Hero programs. but the lack of backsquats just doesn't seem right to me

Hey /fit/ this is my first time posting. So I dropped 10 or 20 lbs on my index finger and fractured the top of it. It will be bandaged and stuck between two sticks and must not moved for 2 weeks.
My question is, what can I do to make sure that my muscles remain in shape? I'm going to continue running and stuff like that but what about my biceps and triceps etc? I'm gonna try to do push ups if I can. Sit ups are a must as well. Thank you in advance.
