While you're in a tough situation, you can probably find time for the gym. Even 2x a week full body is better than nothing. I'm in 17 credits of advanced science classes, TA of two courses and work research 15 hours a week. Still exercise 6x a week.

After a workout i always feel blank, spaced out, and i lose my capacity to concentrate.

I wouldn't be worried if the said state wasn't coming with various other "symptoms", like being suddenly very pale, nauseous and borderline dizzy.

I am a fuckibg wreck you guys. Ever since my parents died, I like lost all motivation to go to the gym. Lost all motivation to do much of anything..

Is it ever too late to change though? I am 27 and I just feel too old to do anything.

My motivation is dreadfully low. The thought of going into a gym with a ton of people in it frightens me.

What should I do? Am I going to make it?

Gyms are far less scary than you think. Nobody in there cares about you. Just like real life. You will laugh at the fact you were scared once you've been a couple times.

I started at 25, so not much younger than you, and I look and feel better than I did when I was 18.
Tomorrow will come no matter what you do. In 5 years do you want to look back and wish you started now, or do you want to look great, feel great and thank yourself for starting today?

Also, sorry to hear about your parents brah. That must have been rough.
