What do you guys think of my routine?
Lifting for 6 months.
A
>bench press 5x5
>incline bench press 5x5
>flies 3x12
>OHP 3x5
>tricep extensions 3x14 (3 sets with a straight bar and 3 with a rope
>leg press 5x5
>calves 3x12
B
>bent over rows 5x5
>lat pulldown 5x5
>chin ups 3x5
>3x12 row machine thingy
>bicep curls 3x10 (x2) with 2 diffrent bars
>shrugs 3x12
>leg extensions 3x10
Also do wrist rolls 3 times a week.
I hate leg days so i split it up into my chest and back day.
So i would do A and B 2 days in a row.. then a rest day.. then A and B.. and so on..
Is this routine shit?

If you're trying to reach specific goals then follow a real program

I do bench press 65kg 5x5 and bent over rows 70kg 5x5

ive been doing this program for ages.. switch a few things up once in a while..
ive gotten decent gains..
