Does /fit/ actually do cheat days/meals? If so what do you usually eat
When feeling like I need to binge I grab a bunch of roasted peanuts, still in shell. Peanuts aren't that unhealthy and I always feel full before eating a considerable amount, also they are slow to eat so you can't swallow them like chips or something.

What do I do if I lift a lot irl?
Do i lower the volume on those days, or skip the workout?
I had to move 3 ton of sack today, so I dont think ill be able to do a full workout.
In my experience lowering the volume is the best option.
If I don't exercise at all I got I tend to get back pains from my work, but just doing a back extensions 3 times a week does wonders.

Tbh I had just started lifting (I had other fitness experience but I haven't been taking it seriously for a while) so I am not gonna lose too many gainz, just wondering if you were in my position would you just use this as a time to play vidya and watch movies or try to work only upper body until it's all healed up? Considering it may only be a week or two I'm considering going the lazy route cause I don't wanna create a muscle imbalance.

Is it normal for, when you flex, your upper abdomen to extend past your lower abdomen?
I don't really have a pic that shows what I mean but, when I flex my abs do not look like some flat board like I see all the models have. I know that I'm not supposed to care about how the models look, but I mean, I have a fucked up digestive system*, so I'm curious if this is related.
*I have a mild version of hirschsprungs disease. I have had chronic constipation for as long as I can remember. I never got the surgery as a baby (I will when I'm an old geezer, not looking forward to it) but i'm not talking out of my ass here, it's a doctor-confirmed thing, and genetic in my family. I wouldn't know what hirschsprungs is otherwise.
