Long story short I signed up for a gym and mistook a smith machine for a power rack while taking a look before signing up.

as a general rule of thumb, never eat anything solid 2 hours before exercise. normal lifting is okay, but if you doing cardio its definately not, since when you contract your core muscles, you increase intra-abdominal pressure causing food to puke up easier.
its especially worse whne you start doing situps, crunches, or russian twists. even drinking water immediately before can have dire consequences.
sometimes when im doing a long set (>50) i can feel the liquid reflux back into my mouth and have to swallow it
Finally done with my bulk, gonna start cutting. Have slowly gained form from using spinning bike and treadmill, gonna start some 2-3 mile runs.
Also, today is the last night I spend at my old house, gonna move out to TexASS, but for a career choice and I'm kinda hyped. Most importantly, I finally kissed my oneitis of 3 years. Holy shit, I feel so happy. You guys are awesome and I have learned a lot from browsing /fit/ since 2013. I just wanted to share how happy I feel to finally start to see my hard work pay off (~10 lbs muscle from bulk, actual "career" job), and to finally have the balls to kiss that qt3.14. It's the small little accomplishments in life that make it worthwhile. I know I sound kinda stupid, but making it is more of a journey than a destination for me.
You guys have any nice feels happen to you lately?
That's great to hear man. I've finally found a career that I enjoy and am spending every spare hour I have studying towards that goal (software development). Been a while since I felt this driven.

Take it before sleeping, if its legit you'll sleep like a baby. You'll get some water weightgain the first two weeks, at least that was the case for me. After two weeks the water goes away as your bosy gets used to it. It helps with recovery, joints, bit of strength and endurance in the gym. Good to run a long time, I advice to use 10-20mgs per day.
