What do I do if I lift a lot irl?
Do i lower the volume on those days, or skip the workout?
I had to move 3 ton of sack today, so I dont think ill be able to do a full workout.
In my experience lowering the volume is the best option.
If I don't exercise at all I got I tend to get back pains from my work, but just doing a back extensions 3 times a week does wonders.
