Does /fit/ actually do cheat days/meals? If so what do you usually eat
When feeling like I need to binge I grab a bunch of roasted peanuts, still in shell. Peanuts aren't that unhealthy and I always feel full before eating a considerable amount, also they are slow to eat so you can't swallow them like chips or something.
