Now I've been "ocassionally" lifting as much as I had spare days for last year. Now I have a job where I need to sit down and accept guests into this hotel for 12 hours a day.

I asked this bodylifter guy who I little know but seems a good guy because he was the previous receptionist here.

I asked that I need DNP if he has some connections around so he can easily find for me. I know about every thread here about Dnp so that's another subject. I have enough knowledge.

Then he said he strongly wouldn't recommend it because blabla overdose and shit, BUT THEN he gave me this tiny list of stuff that he'd like to fetch for me so that would work better for me he said.

oxandrolone
stanozolol
clenbuterol
testosterone enanthate 250 mg x 10vial

for 2 periods of curare. He said these would do better and I'd go better with them.

Now all I want to know is if this is a bait and he trying to get me hooked, or just trying to prescribe stereotype like those in the gyms doing for beginners, have 200g of chicken, broccoli etc etc.

has anyone heard of power pull progressions? I can't remember wheere i read about them, but basically you do sets of 3 in power cleans till you cant, then progress to clean pulls, add weight till you cant, then work up to a heavy but not too heavy deadlift triple.

So my University held a bench press competition in their gym today. I wasn't going to partake because yesterday was my push day and I was sore as fuark.

Since I was at the gym anyway and I hadn't maxed in a solid year, I decided to give it a fucking go. Weighed in at 150lbs and managed to press 250.

I know I'm no monster, but I was kind of impressed with myself. Anyone else have some pleasant surprises in the gym lately? Hit some new PRs?

I hadn't been "feeling it" lately but last night I clobbered some overhead press, much more than I'd ever done and was able to do more volume too.
Not sure what went right, but it felt good man. Maybe I was possessed by demons.

can you combine high intensity training with low intensity training to make both gains and strenght improvements? I have made it a habit to do 20 pushups whenever I get up from my chair and whenever I am about to sit down in it again. This results in several hundred pushups daily. Will doing this ontop of my lifting kill my gains, or will it stack?

different macros and different foods digest differently. protein takes longer than carbs, some carbs are more complex, and fat has to be digested in the small intestine. you can only break down and absorb so much at once, so overall it takes longer to digest everything. think of it like dilution
