So I've got a workout on Friday but I have to wake up at 5 am Saturday and work has me working till 11 P.M. the night before.

Would napping between shifts help with recovery or am I about to fuck whatever gains I make?

Strength doesn't necessarily = size

Good chance you'll be able to easily regain that strength when you go back to low reps. I think high reps, high frequency is better for cutting though.

My two career choices as of right now (i'm already on plan F or G) are a PE teacher, of a dietitian. I know I want to do something in the health field, and I am really good with nutrition stuff, but I do also like kids so I was going to do something like this.

PE teachers in my state start at 32k a year with a bachelors degree

Dietitians in my state start at about 48k a year with a bachelors degree, but the courses are more difficult I imagine.

I am trying to find out the best decision financially and emotionally/physically for me and my family in the future. it will be hard to put my children through school as a PE teacher, but it would probably be more fun or easier. I am unsure what to do with my future. I am at the part where I need to decide since I am done with gen ed's soon. What would /fit/ do in my situation? I am trying to figure out the best path considering where the country is going (U.S).

You can make alot of money if you can make custom tailored meal plans for fattys, especially if you market yourself well on social media. It helps if you look good.

Got disposable income? Open a supplement shop. EZ money. Me and my bro did that 6 months ago and things are going very well. My point is, if youre young and into fitness, now is the best time to take advantage of the fitness boom of our generation. Its always smart to think of what you can do on your own before wasting your life away in a shitty job.

I don't have access to a gym/weights for a good month or so due to work, but I want to start lifting as soon as I'm able.

Is a cardio/bodyweight workout mix ideal for starting to gain some base strength for lifting?

Why is greek yogurt generally preferred to regular yogurt? As far as I know the only difference between them is greek yogurt being drained from it's whey. Is it beacuse greek yogurt is usually made fith fat free yogurt or is it just a matter of taste?

Sup /fit/, has anyone here successfully drained a cyst in their hand/wrist area at home? I got it cut out in surgery 3 years ago but it has come back a couple of times and it really hurts, I can barely lift because of it. Usually I just take some ibuprofen and press on it with my thumb until it pops but I've been thinking about ordering some syringes with really small needles online to suck the pus inside the cyst out in a much easier and elegant fashion. Is this a good idea? I also used to shove a sewing needle into the back my wrist before I got the surgery and pop them that way but it really hurts when the width of the needle is that thick .

I had some issues with it many months ago.
Found some witch-tier advice that actually worked for me after about a week.

The thing that helped me was getting elastic bandages and wrap it pretty tight around the wrist and start of hand. Then place an eraser of approx. the same size as the cyst right on top of it, and then tighten the bandage around it somewhat strict to apply constant pressure without too much pain. I did this before bed and slept with it for some days, the pain decreased every day until it wasn't a big deal anymore.
I can still feel the cyst being present after some heavy lifts, but the pain is decreased to a level where it's manageable
