So today i had this very odd experience in the gym. I could feel the strain on my body but not that i was getting weaker if that makes any sense. I could feel the shaking and that it was heavy but my muscles felt as if the shaking was just shaking and not that it was heavy. I had this very odd rush. What is going on? Any one had any similiar experience?

Honestly i dont know what to do anymore. I tried a vegan dinner last night and a breakfast, and i thought i was gonna pass out at work and my mental clarity was off making mistakes. I had bout 3 cups of oatmeal with nuts and fruit. For fucks sake.

I went to get my blood tested today and to a urologist. Doc said im fine, just only have Varicocele from lifting heavy shit and i should consider surgery or i might become sterile (who cares i dont want kids anyways only gainz).

I just keep hearing how the vegan diet can reverse ED. And how ED is a sure sign of cardiovascular damage. I am physically fit as fuck, dont smoke, dont drink and dont do drugs and do muay thai three times a week for cardio too.

Any input is welcome. Thank you. Im shit scared Brahs. Is it honestly the huge amounts of chicken and eggs giving me stim dick? should i experiment with veganism again and lose all my gains? What do?!

on monday i did my usual workout with no problems. today i hit a new squat PR and then completed my workout like any other day. went home, took a shower and started to eat my breakfast.

that was when it happened. it slowly crept up and now it feels like i have DOMS all over my body accompanied with the same tired feeling like you have when you have flu. everything aches and i feel like i was hit by a bus. i'm about to go straight to bed because it's only getting worse and i can't do anything else.

what's going on? i've had DOMS before, mainly after my first day or if i took a break for a week, but that felt entirely different and was usually localized and mild while i can feel this shit all over my body and it's really intense.

anyone experienced anything like this?

did 155 on monday and was feeling extra good today during warmup so i did 160 kg work sets. i won't lie, last 2 reps felt like hell and i had to take a 10 min rest after it because i was weak.

also did dips to failure so that combined with squat might have been the cause. i probably pushed too much because my deload week is coming up and i wanted to give it all. there hasn't been any change in my program for quite some time now.

i don't think i got sick. felt fine in the morning and when i got back. this shit hit me insanely fast. in a span of 10 min i went from feeling good to like i was run over. was hot shower the cause? i have no idea.
