Have you ever blacked out when lifting heavy?
Will breathing correctly prevent this?
>>39373200
>LIGHTWEIGHT BAB-zzzzzz
Yeah when I was a babby and learning to deadlift I didn't know how to breath properly and ended up fainting for a few seconds after my final pull. Breathing correctly is all it takes to fix that problem, though.
>>39373200
He fucking did it, you plebs.
ever since winter turned up my knees have been hurting whenever i go out into the cold and when ever i do my first set of legs (stops after first set)
what is the issue here and will knee wraps help?
arthritis breh
start supplementing tumeric and gelatin
move to a warmer/dryer climate
where do you live?
>>39373084
I'm having similar problems. Living in the UK and as soon as cooler weather comes in my knees start to ache. They are fine moving and when legs are straight but if sat for a while they kill me.
How old are you OP? I'm 25.
I've just been massaging and eating tonnes of fish. Not sure if it's helping.

live in mid england
got some fish oil that expired in oct last year so might start on that again.
20 years old
i've started trying to warm them up by doing using the cross trainer or stair climbing thing before squats but im not sure its helping.
What went right?

That guy still looks like that one bad guy who the villian in a movie keeps in reserve.
Like the dude you know for a fact is going to fuck shit up at a certain point in the film.
It's wierd.

It's just piss backwards
So basically I can bench 45kg easily for 3 sets of 5 without a spotter
But when I try lifting 50kg, I can barely manage a single set with the spotter helping me out
This has been for about 2 weeks
How do i close that 5kg gap?
>>39372902
do 3x6 next workout, then 3x7, then 3x8 then increase weight by 2.5 and repeat the process.
increasing weight is not the only way to progress.
>>39372902
Just eat more calories and more protein
Hey, I'm pretty new here. Been on a track to fitness for the past few months now. I have some posture issues from years of sitting hunched over a computer desk while obese I'm trying to correct. It gets a little more complicated than just that, as I did end up going to see a doctor due to back pain, where I found I also have a slight curve and an additional vertebrae.
He doesn't recommend a Chiropractor and pretty much told me I was just going to have to live with the pain, so I kind of want to rise up and then kick this doctors ass, you know?
I remember an episode of King of the Hill where Hank Hill experiences an injury in the workplace and ends up doing yoga to heal his pain, I was hoping for the same effects but without the strange yogi, and preferably just at home.
Are there any people here that practice yoga, and could offer me tips, starting points, or specialized stretches to ease my lower back pain, and potentially help me rise above a shit out of luck diagnosis?
youtube yoga or pt for back pain. it works

Hey /fit/ , Managed to break my wrist and ankle whilst out cycling. Even after they're out of casts they won't be at fell strength for a while.
How do you guys deal with the nolifts that come from breaks and sprains?
>>39372481
and normies thinks cardio killing gains is a meme
>REEEEEEEEEEEE
Just take a nice break from lifting bro.
It's good to take breaks, stress is cumulative
>>39372481
Going to have to take a break for a few months.
It's okay though, you'll build up faster than the first time assuming you can heal up properly.
what are /fit/'s thoughts on compression gear
pic loosely related
Why the fuck you want opinions of others on everything you fucking retarded autists?

Guys, I need fucking help
My farting has gotten OUT OF CONTROL lately
I don't just fart 100+ times a day, they smell awful and the smell lingers for long
Weird part is my diet is quite normal, I eat broccoli, rice, chicken, oats, etc.
Please guys, it's starting to kill my social life
What the fuck do I do?
>>39372184
Yes, I have the same problem.
>I eat broccoli, rice, chicken, oats, etc.
Broccoli and oats will do it, m80. High fiber foods seem to really increase flatulence. I've been told that if you on a super high fiber diet, e.g. vegan, your flatulence will go through the roof but then eventually your body will adjust to it and you'll be okay. But I'm afraid to try.
>>39372195
Those foods with high fiber components have a greater capacity to be fermented by your gut bacteria, producing gas. I'm not sure what effects fart composition but I'd imagine that a prolonged high fiber diet kills off bacteria that contribute to smelly farts
>not getting high on your own farts
never gonna make it
anybody know if it's worth the money ?
