what should i do? 1 week cut will help? should i try to recomp for 1 month? im afraid that my strength will stall because it's already pretty much stalling

You didn't adjust correctly, and I can guarantee (otherwise you wouldn't be in this position) that you didn't try an increase any of your lifts during your bulk.

i started that "bulk" because i wanted to get my lifts up. So far:
bench +50 lbs
bb row +77 lbs
ohp +33 lbs
leg press 5pl8 → 10pl8 (im doing leg press exclusively until my lumbar gets fixed)
BW +15 lbs

i just want to know what should i do

I already know that. The problem is how the fuck do you train the mind effectively? I've tried so many things, and it's extremely hard to change your thought patterns. I've done cognitive therapy, meditation, mindfulness... Sometimes I feel like I actually accomplished something, but a few days later I'm back thinking the same shit. Nothing has the same noticeable effect as lifting a heavy ass barbell.

Force yourself to do the things you don't wanna do.

Sit in an ice bath. Eat healthy foods that you hate. Go run 5 miles in the rain at the drop of a dime and don't stop until you finish.

as far as thought patterns go, it sounds really corny but it worked for me...load hours of motivational videos on your phone/ipod and listen to that shit while you work. 8 hours a day of positive mental attitude kinda stuff does rub off.

this. I always listen to metal when lifting, then I do half an hour on the treadmil and listen to tony robbins videos on youtube, works great

What is the fastest way to lose weight in a week, I don't give a shit about safety so long as it won't kill me or cause serious/permanent harm after only a week.

I just want to lose as much weight as possible in the next 7 days.

Right now I'm assuming:
