whats up anons this is like my second post on 4chan and i thought id share a pic of my meal prep for the week and talk to you guys while it cooks.

currently i smoke my chicken and just reheat it in the micro for a week, im starting my cut after about a 4 month break. im keeping it simple with chicken,rice,cheese,and cliff bars because they are convenient for me. Macros for myself are about 100G protien 130 carbs and my fat varies from the 20's to upper 60's depending on what i eat. oh and lots of energy drinks xd tfw first sip xd xd xd. my stats are 5'7 and currently 170 pounds. i want to go full skelly mode at 140lbs. Lets get a discussion going below anons!

ye i make sure i put the raw meat in my blender mixed with a little dab of synthol and my special blend of 6 protien powders and spices and add just a little water to it so ITS NOT TOO THICC and then i get like 4 meals in one i learned it from rich piana

I just made a huge batch of taco mince vege amalgamation, portioned it up and put it in the freezer for my meal prep.
Don't have any pics but have a pic of one of my old meal preps. Aspergus, craddots, rice and chicken boobs.

Marinade for chicken is
1/2 cup hot sauce Du jour
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
2Tbs of honey
1Tbs of soy sauce
1 large clove of garlic, crushed.
1 teaspoon minced ginger
and juice from half a lemon

Should I /fit/? The first time I went on NOFAP, I was having wet dreams 2 days into it. After a couple of times of fucking up, I've been on NOFAP for 1 week and counting, but with no noticeable benefits.

Today I was doing over head press (just 1 plate) and it seemed like when I was done I was getting mired hard.

I feel exhausted if I don't lift for more than 2 weeks. Lifting on the other hand makes day to day pretty fucking relaxing. Also not a single minor injury in 3 years lifting. Feels good.

I don't think it should effect your body that badly. The only bad part is probably the dehydration, but that's easily curved. Just be sure to take the proper supplements afterward so you don't deplete your body of vitamins and run down your cerotonine production. I would say however if you're looking to get to your peak you should take a break from it. It's just a mental thing is all that might effect you, it's why professional athletes go on dry seasons, shit can mess with them mentally and work against that getting amped mind set

What does /fit/ think of Omar Isuf?

I've been watching his videos since before I started working out and I think he's been tremendous help. None of my friends lift so it was through him that I learned how to correctly do certain workouts to maximize gains.

My goal is to have his body by the time I'm done running track (sprinter).

Do people actually believe staying fit is "hard work", like some kind of challenge worthy of respect? What a joke, what you're doing is a glorified hobby. Try being a scientist in this current publish or perish climate, or being a single mom of a disabled child, or being a CEO of a company. Now those are hard work.
