Food becomes a chore.
Expensive.
Physically exhausting.
Grils don't give AF really.
Not even healthy compared with just eating right and light exercise.
Dangerous (everybody gets hurt eventually).
Like, what is the point?
Just give up already.

I feel exhausted if I don't lift for more than 2 weeks. Lifting on the other hand makes day to day pretty fucking relaxing. Also not a single minor injury in 3 years lifting. Feels good.
It's fun m8 chill

If you're a gay bodybuilder who wants to build as much muscle as possible and takes steroid and ends 120 kg bodyweight at 1.65m height, sure, thats not healthy.
But if you just lift regularly, keep your diet in check, make sure you warm up and stretch, do cardio or other sports in addition to lifting, there is literally nothing dangerous or unhealthy.

Light exercise Lmao, just admit you don't like pushing yourself and want to convince your self that the easy way is the best way

to finally be able to lift weights you once thought to be impossible.
To no longer feel like a piece of dogshit and finally find meaning
crushing your old habits and breaking new records
Bodybuilding has saved my life
