Anyone else here perm tired mode? Red eyes in the morning, looking tired most of the time but still trouble falling asleep. I eat healthy enough, sleep enough but I am still tired most of the day.
Getting some blood samples taken soon. Anyone else got out of perm tired mode and how so?

Also could it have something to do with accutane? I suffered from many side effects and I am thinking it might have fucked me up good.

Has anyone stopped playing video games, how has quitting changed your life? I finally uninstalled every game on my PC and emailed to have my league of legends account deleted which almost capped 10k hours
To keep it fitness related, I broke my wrist while skateboarding a few years ago in my skating days and it hurts to do bench press, will I still maintain solid chest results only doing dumbbell bench press exercises?

I sometimes casually play games like fallout for a few hours on the weekend if I have time or sometimes some coop game on the ps when chilling with a friend... gaming for hours on end and trying to compete competitively is just a waste of your time.
When I was like 14-17 I played runescape, amounted to 150 days of playtime in just over 3 years time. I eternally regret wasting this time on a game instead of doing something like learning to dance, getting a motorcycle and learning how to fix it or doing a second sports or Sth... tho I did have some pretty good times playing rs as well.

He literally had it all.. if only he would have started lifting

It's been apart of my personality for as long as I can remember. I can't just drain myself of it. And unfortunately it's gotten progressively worse with age.

What do? Nothing I've tried so far has helped. In fact it's so bad my body spasms when I try to meditate.

I think I have some neurological issues as I've been anxious my entire life as well, and it's always been cripplingly severe. In fact stress got so bad for me when I was 11 I had a grand mal seizure. People aren't just born anxious out of their fucking mind and very rarely are they molded that way from the start.

I feel suicide is right for me. It pains me that people claim to be depressed all the time, nigger that's just life and existential boredom. Whereas I can't go a day without balling out of my mind, and socializing, meds, CBT, sunlight, whatever hasn't helped me. But then I tell myself that's just life as well, that everyone has their own issues in their own slice of life, and anxiety is my weakness

I dropped a lmao1plate snatch from above my head but kept holding onto the barbell and broke my wrist on the first bounce from the ground.

Definitely will NOT be holding into the barbell to drop snatches anymore.

I pushed myself hard to get the last pull-up and held it for a couple of seconds when I got up.

For some reason this resulted in the most intense headache I've ever had. Talking crippling intense for 15 min and still very bad the next day.

So, I'm starting to cut for the new year so I can finally get to see my abs. Am I looking to eat 500 under my TDEE or 300 under my BMR ?
I workout 5 days a week and 3 days HIIT.
173cm and 70kg.
TDEE would be at 2600KCAL for mentainence and BMR is around 1690~
