Do people actually believe staying fit is "hard work", like some kind of challenge worthy of respect? What a joke, what you're doing is a glorified hobby. Try being a scientist in this current publish or perish climate, or being a single mom of a disabled child, or being a CEO of a company. Now those are hard work.
i know
everyone pretends theyre some kind of god because they go to the gym 3 days a week and go 'beast mode' or whatever normie shit they do
i go 6 days a week, never miss my macros and dont say shit
you dont see kai greene bragging about going to the gym

You can do literally all of those things (publish a paper, be a mom, run a company, lift weights) in your pajamas. None of them are "hard work".

>I've never done any of them

if u run a company in ur pjs the board is gonna fire ur ass

Sorry, but I'm CEO if Shitpost Enterprises and I'm in my underwear all day

because if you can do it in pj's, it can't be hard.
on something related to this thread, I have a bunch of friends who insist that they need to go to the gym 6-days a week(some doing PPL, some brosplits) while I'm on a 3-day a week program. Are you gonna get bigger going more frequently or can less frequency actually be more?

Depends on the programming of your routine and their levels of strength. With decent levels of strength, we can usually say that more volume will yield more mass gains. But if they're cranking out sub-1pl8 bench on their push days, it will take them awhile to get anywhere
