What do we do about the New Years Question?

Every single fucking year. /fit/ gets bombarded with dumb fucking questions for two months. And every single fucking year, I have to wait until some asshole finishes his 20lb curls in the fucking power rack, because he's "supersetting" his curls with dangling fish flopping on the pull up station at the top.

I'm trying to improve my squat form.
been doing a shitty brosplit for 6 months where i rarely trained legs (i know)
switched over to ICF 5x5 4 weeks ago so ive only been doing squats for 4 weeks.
I have 1 month till school starts again so i have nothing to do for a whole month.
been having a hard time with my squat form so im only at 1pl8 5x5

would it be okay to do 10x10 squats on my off day with light weight? some 68 year old power lifter at my gym who benches 160 (natty) told me doing 10x10 could improve my form alot

I'm dead set on cutting until i reach 10%

If you really wanna do this right, find a place that will do a body composition scan. Probably cost about $60, and they'll tell you your exact TDEE. multiply it by 1.2 and just eat that every day, with a focus on protein at every meal, and healthy fats and complex carbohydrates on the sides

And don't ever lie about your bench ever again
