Where do I start? I have no idea what to do.
What are your goals and have you read the sticky?

I have read the sticky, it literally jjust says "eat well, lift and maybe cardio lol"
Aiming for 12-15% and maybe some ab definiton idk

It says far more than that and I'd venture to say you skimmed and got bored, but fine whatever.
You're looking to cut, so plug your stats into here: http://mytdee.com/ to figure out what your intake should be
Pick a lifting program, something like starting strength or strong lifts. There's apps for both that'll basically hold your hand through the entire process

As far as what you should be eating, pic related.
Try to go for 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat on your macros. If that doesn't work, tweak it until you find something that does.

I was 96kg (212lbs) when I started losing weight. I have been eating around 1200kcals for ~2 months now since I hit like 85kg, down to 76, so you're kinda right about that skimmed and bored part. I was thinking of building some muscle then cutting because right now I have none. Should I lose some more, down to like 70kg, then start working out or..?

You might just consider eating at maintenance levels for a while and working out. It'll give your body a chance to reset itself a little bit, then maybe in a few months (3?) You switch to a not quite as aggressive cut and continue working out.

Thanks for the help mate, I'll find a decent workout regimen and do that.

Start working out and lifting now. Muscle will also help burn fat.
Are you autistic?
