Hey /fit/,
I've recently suffered an ac separation and I am wanting to know what would be the best exercises (specifically targeting chest and delt) I can do without further injuring my shoulder. I've just recently gotten back into a diet and exercise routine after being out for over a year and gaining 70+ lbs. Before, I had lost around 140 lbs but had injured my lower back, causing me to refrain from all exercises and even work for awhile. I really don't want this to turn out like last year's incident, causing me to lose the progress I've made so far. Any advice would be helpful.

slightly off topic, but that machine is fucking godlike. the bench press version is my all time favorite chest exercise, without a shadow of a fucking doubt. in 6 years of lifting, nothing ever compared to it, but i only found it in 2 gyms, and the last one was years ago.
I use to go to school with this guy.

Hey /fit/, I'm trying to make my routine more "serious". I do bodyweight exercises because >tfw poorfag. What do you think of my routine?
For the items with a star I use 10 pound dumbells
Push-ups
Dips
Military press*
Leg raises
Plank
Bicep curls*
Arm raises*
Jump Squats
I do each exercise until I'm tired, then move on to the next. I'll go through all the exercises 2-3 times. Takes 20-25 minutes to complete.
What muscles am I not hitting? Anything you would change etc? Also I'm a skinny guy trying to build muscle.
Also, I forgot to mention I've been doing this routine pretty much every day for about 2 weeks

Why does my gf sleep so fucking much? She will legit sleep anywhere from 9-12 hours a night and even nap sometimes during the day too. Is she depressed? Is there something wrong with her brain? I only sleep 4-6 hours and have no problems staying up afterwards, although a 1 or 2 hour nap in the afternoon is nice when I can catch one.

There is literally NO DIFFERENCE between the leg press and the squat in terms of muscle hypertrophy. The only difference is that squats will fuck up your spine.

I also have a really mean look apparently when I do this and tend to scare people when they make eye contact.
I make myself good and fucking angry before doing heavy compounds too. Usually just thinking about people I hate or the dumb shit I fucked up in life.

for deadlifts, i of course set my feet first. then i bring my arms up over my head almost like a sun salutation. then i bring them down really quick while simultaneously squatting down to the bar. if my hands don't line up like i want them to, then i start over. if i'm going for a max, then i chalk up, clap my hands and slap my ass cheeks really hard before i put my arms up.
squats are simpler. i grab the bar hard, pull it back a little bit and slam it into the rack to "test" the weight." then i get under the bar and say "SSSUP" while unracking the weight really fast, which usually makes the weight feel a little lighter than it really is.

Don't overthink anything. The more you know about certain form/exercises the better and if you don't know, ASK or read the instructions sometimes on the machines if you're using one. Nobody is watching you or cares about what you're doing unless you're seriously in danger of hurting yourself. GL

Not OP, but it really depends how bad you are. If you have serious problems, nofap for 1-2 months has been shown to sort of counteract and almost reset the parts of the brain that get fucked by porn and over-fapping.
