Gonna go jogging for the first time after my clothes get out the dryer, any advice?

don't go hard, when i started running last year i went super saiyan etc. I started craving the feeling of like exhausting myself to the point of almost breaking down because damn did it feel good after, my legs was not feeling it and i fucked my left ankle up so hard i had pains for months. Work yourself into it by going slow and less than you want to go and WARM UP.
godspeed

I missed by like 3 hours but anyway. Warm the fuck up. I had really good cardio from swimming and cycling and when I first started jogging I ran 10km thinking all my other training would carry over. It did, however my knees were not used to that sort of stress and I had to skip squats for a week and a half afterwards.
