What sort of ab exercises do you do? Or do you just rely on compound lifts? I used to do p90x's ab routine, but I've been doing push/pull for a while now without any direct ab work.

Post your best ab routines / advice.

Okay thanks, but to what extent do you do these exercises? Once a week? Every day? Isometric less or same amount?

grassfed butter and butter oil (ghee) are amazing sources of k2, and possibly retinol (but you can get that from organ meats or cod liver oil)

define healthy
the basics should always consist of fruits, vegetables, and animal products
grains are usually an add-on to fulfill carb requirements (most normies are usually getting more than enough)

Okay, the wake up in this body, what do game...

So you wake up in this guy's body. 6'5" 350 pound strongman, who made top 10 before twice, over 5 years ago. Not particularly lean. You've had a pec, biceps, and calf tendon surgically re-attached before, and won't be one of the top 10 in the world anymore.

You also got the big tattoos. Everything.

What do you do?

How do these researchers miss the obvious? Protein doesn't cause somebody to think they're too small. People who think they're too small already take protein.

I have been hitting the bench 3x a week for 3 weeks now. I do bench presses every other day or every other-other day until complete failure. . I'm only benching about 70 lbs and although I can feel and see a bit of improvement, that 70lbs has not gotten any easier to lift. what am I doing wrong? When do I add more weight?

no bench presses and upper body are not the only exercises I do however for the time being I am extremely limited = just a barbell and a bench

Two things. One - About that pic. As a mulatto myself, I'm positive that baby is full black and they adopted it. I have pics of myself, and have seen pics of other mulattoes as babies, and no mulatto baby is that dark, has that frizzy of hair, or those very distinguished African features. Babies are usually lighter than adults, and that baby is still so dark. No way is she the biological mother. They adopted that baby, and that makes them great people. Just thought you might like some insight to that funny pic of yours.

Secondly - Are you a girl? Harder for females to build muscle, especially in the chest. Their chest musculature is different since they aren't the sex that evolved and adapted to being knocked down by shit like bears every day while hunting for food and having to get back up before their throats get ripped out. If you are a guy, you definitely can not be eating enough or sleeping enough. consider dropping down to 2x a week and recovering longer.
>>
Please do the Smolov Jr bench programs. With that you bench 4 times a week for 3 weeks. With bulk diet you max will increase a lot. I improved mine from 45kg to 60kg.

Is healthy to jog 1hour every day during one month?

Depends on your joints/bones/sleeping habits
>>
>>39876730

1 hour is a bit excessive for casual exercise but yeah it's generally gud4u

Lead by example. Be a role model to him and instill strength as a virtue. Get him to do body weight exercises at a young age, by brainwashing him. Start weight lifting at age 14. Make him do squats every day. Done

6.1km run every day if you weigh 80kg is ~500 calories. That's not particularly off the wall. You'll probably drop the weight though so it will take less and less energy to run it.
>>
Yeah, it's called sports training. During crew season, we would practice for 2 hours on the water every morning and have another 10k or so of machine distance for homework every night. And that was for a club team. Kids with scholarships do way more.

Is the Arnold Scharzenegger's workout on bodybuilding.com a meme?
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/arnold-schwarzenegger-blueprint-trainer-main.html

I have been doing it for a few months and have seen pretty good results with size, but the numbers have barely moved for me at all and I am still DYEL. Should I just stick with it or should I switch to something like SL from the sticky?

It's a mass routine, not a strength routine, what's your goal? Size or strength? If size, continue, if strength, switch routine
>>
its a high volume size routine, always chaning it up. youll get stronger but this isnt 5x5. arnolds blueprint gave me huge gains but god damn u better eat like a motherrucker
