What sort of ab exercises do you do? Or do you just rely on compound lifts? I used to do p90x's ab routine, but I've been doing push/pull for a while now without any direct ab work.

i was struggling to show abs but a lot of leg lifts and ab rollouts have helped
also i still do sit ups. basically i have noticeable abs now
try to learn skills which require a lot of core strength like the L sit and the front lever

I do leg lifts whenever I hit squats and deads. Just do 3 sets to failure. Once it's too easy start touching your toes to the bar

I do ab rollouts and decline sit-ups with a pl8 at the end of my workout week on friday with legs
