I have been doing it for a few months and have seen pretty good results with size, but the numbers have barely moved for me at all and I am still DYEL. Should I just stick with it or should I switch to something like SL from the sticky?

It's a mass routine, not a strength routine, what's your goal? Size or strength? If size, continue, if strength, switch routine
its a high volume size routine, always chaning it up. youll get stronger but this isnt 5x5. arnolds blueprint gave me huge gains but god damn u better eat like a motherrucker

I did Jim Stoppani's short cut to size and got crazy strength but my double chin and face got more fattier.
If you want to look like a felon that can kill mother fuckers with your bare hands then go for it
People who eat that amount and stay at 6% body fat are on roids. dont get me wrong roids fucking work and if they were better developed I'd go for them

I think that there's something to be said for novices spending a month doing an intermediate powerlifting program like sheiko or the texas method just so they actually learn proper form
Then they can go back to a LP based program
