How do you not eat pizza, burgers, and all this unhealthy food?
Staying lean would be so much easier if I could just eat healthy.
If I want to keep my body I have to go so hard on cardio to balance out my calories. Swimming 3,000+ yards a day as well as running every couple of days, on top of lifting.
If I didn't do cardio I'd be the size of Boogie. What do?

I want to know, what is a good full body strength routine the requires NO EQUIPMENT?
Also, how many sets does one do a day, and how long inbetween each? And do I work only one muscle group a day?

Google military bodyweight routines, best you can hope for is good cv fitness and endurance from an routine that requires no equipment.

Not that guy but I workout three times a week in a gym (cardio in the woods) and mostly hit the pub three times too. Think it's pretty good to keep it adjusted

This is a picture of one of my good friends. Pic on the left was taken early 2015. Pic on the right was taken a month ago. She lost about 80lbs, with about 30lbs to lose for her goal weight. She did this all with proper diet and exercise all while having major thyroid issues. I was able to help her out with the dieting aspect using tips I learned from /fit/
This is great motivation for all your "BUT MUH THYROID MUH GENETIC ISSUES" tubbies in your life.

If you're skinny and they are still there, all fatty, then you have gyno.
If you're skinny and they're just a little flabby it's loose skin, and coco butter and bench press can help it.
Most likely you're just still chubby, I personally have to keep my body fat pretty low because the first place I gain is in my tits. And if you're a little chubby and you start doing chest workouts it'll just make your tittays more pronounced.
Take diuretics and shit like clenbuterol, tren ace, if you don't have health concerns....but you could have prolactin induced gyno or progestin induced. Maybe even estrogen nipples you need a doctor who knows about the male breast and your history. But even if you lose the chub high chance you'll still have bitch tits...it's too late for bromocriptine, letrozole etc...and I'm sure if you're asking questions on here you don't have much money so why not get your mammary glands 99% removed to have the chest you should have? Free...but u can pay for it for $5000 your call...oh and by free I mean move to Alberta Canada...health care covers 100% of it...I had a buddy who's completed his whole life and had the same surgery 4 times from steroid misuse lol...gotta love taxpayers money eh?
