Basically everything good for you is bad for you and everything bad for you is worse.

I eat oats and a banana
grilled chicken breast with no seasonings, because most seasonings are bad
white rice because brown rice is bad for you too
and I drink a lot of water
green beans because even though they are bad for you, they're lower on the oxalate scale

I can't really think of much else to eat and the lack of variety is awful.
