My journey was about two years long and it's still ongoing.
Mainly doing Weight Lifting and Kickboxing. 5 Times a Week

I'm eating healthy and working out a few times a week and have already lost 40lbs, currently at 330lbs. I HAVE already lost some noticeable fat on my tits, but I really want to blast these things away as soon as possible. I understand that, beside just being plain ol' fat, zinc deficiency and too much estrogen can play a role on persistent moobs, so I was contemplating taking ZMA. A lot of people claim that it has made a difference apparently. Anyone here that can speak on this subject? The only other thing I'm taking are One-A-Day multivitamins.
ZMA is good to take anyway, Zinc and Magnesium are important for a male (so might aswell take just those 2). I pop the rec. dose ZMA 30 mins before bed, no reason not to if you can afford it np, but I really don't think it's gonna do anything for your manboobs, unless you really are zinc deficient and it's causing your T do drop substantially, and even then.
You have moobs because you got fat as fuck and you're still fat as fuck.
You got so fat your moobs are probably huge, and therefore you probably will have them forever, and if you do lose enough fat around the nipple area they will probably sag down.
This is the price you pay for getting obese in the first place.

It's been a long time since last. Going to bed hungry takes a bit of willpower. What's it like for you?
Nope lol. I still goto bed hungry most nights and feel depressed most of the time.
I get motivation bursts when I look at myself in the mirror and see my gains and abs appearing....that keeps me not caring about the caloric restriction.
I moved back in with my parents and online college now.......so I can sleep in when I find it hard to fall asleep the night before.

Maybe I should have posted this in /adv/ but whatever, let's talk about sleep and I'll start with my problem with sleep which apparently is the opposite of everyone's problem with sleep. As a premise, I love sleeping and dreaming more than I like to be awake, partly because life sucks and partly because I have awesome dreams. Recently I had cancer and had to quit university for awhile. So, not having anything to do all day I just woke up whenever I felt like; which is roughly 12 hours after I went to sleep. And I loved it, I felt the most relaxed person ever. Now cancer is over and I'm back at uni, sleeping 8 hours(which is still not bad for most people), but every morning it's like it was a torture to get out of bed and even if I don't feel all that sleepy when I have to get up, I feel like time "owed" me more sleep and I will be tired later in the day.

Op here, forgot to conclude. How do I stop feeling the need for 12 hours of sleep and enjoy the 8 or less that I will be sleeping from now on? That much sleeping has nothing to do with cancer, btw, I have always slept that much when I had a chance to

You will need some time to adjust and after a while, you will truly enjoy that "lack of sleep" feeling. Sounds weird but I feel much ealthier this way, I fall asleep much faster and don't wake up to every sound on the street, or think about stuff and planning etc.
Also, wierd as it sounds, I often find myself waking minutes before the alarm goes off, and on week-ends I will wake up just a bit later, should I want to go lazy and sleep more I simply can't.

sleep is good for body/brain repair - to get out of it you simply need to go to sleep earlier, get *better* sleep, and get up so your rhythm's back in, well, rhythm.
