I'm doing stronglifts. And I'm cutting. I also work a 9-5 job.
Is it okay to split up my workouts?
Example: do my bench press and squats in the morning before work - go to work - then come home at 5pm and do the remainder of the workout? Or does a workout have to all be completed in one go?
When's the best time to have my protein shake? The container says one scoop for during the workout and another after but if I have it during then I feel like I'm wasting it as it just gets used as energy rather than going to the muscles.
What is the best routine if I just want to be lifting weights for ~45 minutes everytime I go to the gym excluding cardio (it doesn't really matter how many days of the week I have to go)?
