I measured my dick when i was 16 and it was 5 and half inches. I am now 24 and it is 6 and a half inches, I am sure its thicker too.

However i am really low body fat now, so it could of been the padding or something who knows.

Save yourself some money and kill your junk food cravings with these bad boys. Mix your favored protein shake with some coconut flour (or any non-bakeable flour you have like almond) and milk, make a dough, melt some bitter chocolate in the microwave and pour it on top then freeze these babies and go go town.

You can swap the flavor of the powder as you prefer, swap the chocolate for nothing or jam or peanut butter, add nuts, do whatever the fk you want as you require. No more dessert binges or candy bars or any of that shit

On keto I used to make low carb "bounty" bars.

Just mix coconut cream with coconut flakes and vanilla extract, freeze it and coat with pure chocolate, could easily add whey in there, but shit is 10/10

Do i need to isolate biceps and triceps if i do dips every workout and on back day i do rowing and pull motions?
