hey /fit/, im in decent athletic shape but in no way am I aesthetic, im looking to get a nice physique while maintaining my fitness for rowing. I was wondering how to successfully lean bulk because i dont want to put on any excess fat while getting bigger, is this possible and how so, thanks my dudes.

For you /fit/izens who lift for an actual sport, what split do you do?
Currently doing a PPL on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with rugby training on Tuesday and Thursday and a game on Sunday, but I'm wondering what others do for programs. Also how frequently you lift in the week.

Doing sheiko (intermediate small load) and judo twice a week
I do light cardio after judo and scretch after every lifting days

Sheiko has relatively low intensititty so i dont burn out quickly

I'm a 120lb skeletor and dedicated myself to going to the gym and getting /fit/ to combat my crippling depression.
Worked with my trainer yesterday and now I'm sore as fuck. I know soreness is normal but I don't know when I should rest and when I should workout.
Basically I'm wondering how long I should wait before hitting the gym again. I wish there was a way to measure soreness so I can know what levels are normal and what the max soreness level would be to start working out without fucking up my body.

Is there some sort of rule of thumb in relation to a healthy/workable soreness?

How do i stop feeling these feels. I put on this unemotional, tough guy act infront of people when actually I just want to be loved. I cant take it anymore. Im a 21 yearold, apparently goodlooking, 6'3, decently buffed guy and i dress well and im a virgin and never had a girlfriend. I have been rejected by every girl i genuenly liked and was 99% sure liked me back. This happened with 7 girls since age 12 and it fucking killed me and my confidence. I became a bitter, hateful asshole and i dwell in my anger, sorrow and misery. I bottle everything up and have no one to talk to about these things because ive been backstabbed by everyone i ever opened up to and i trust absolutely no one now. I never share whats bothering me, whats new in my life and how i feel about things and its destroying me. Bit by bit, piece by piece im dying inside and i cant fucking take it anymore.
Please help me... Somehow, just talk to me, ask me stuff and ill answer in full honesty. I have no one to turn to. Help me fix myself.

Hey /fit/ have your parents ever threatened to drop your gym membership because they belive you aren't working out correctly? Today I did cardio and them seeing red eyes means I am doing it wrong. I have a gym bro who's a personal trainer who has seen my routine which he says is fine but my parents want me to get s personal trainer. The upsetting thing is on my own I went from 215 to 175 so, what I'm doing works. It's annoying to me that they don't put the effort in and expect me to listen to them. Has anyone experienced this?

I like cardio because I'm trying to lose weight. But to each his own. As for dependin on my parents, I just got out of college so I'm kinda stuck.

150 lbs, 5'10, low body fat (not sure exact %)

I was varsity bball in high school, cross country and track mvp, and also a skateboarder for 8 years.

I'm really thin from all this. Not a lot of muscle. Ive been smoking for also about 8 years.

ECA ephedrine + caffeine + aspirin. The aspirin part is irrelevant, so it's better to have a EC stack instead. Caffeine and ephedrine have synergistic effect because one stimulates adrenaline secretion while the other directly stimulates adrenergic neurons, respectively. This is actually very similar to how clen works, but a couple of times stronger, and instead of a 4-6 hour rush, you should expect a 24-36 hour rush. Except clen is specific to B-adrenergic neurons, while ephedrine has similar agonism profile as adrenaline. B-adrenergic neurons improve fat loss by increasing thermogenesis and protecting muscles, but also are located in the brain and heart, increasing anexiety and likelyhood of a heart attack when they are activated. If you're going to play with either, may I suggest metoprolol or propranolol to avoid this issue.

TL;DR: clen is a lot more dangerous than ephedrine, so don't even think about doing a "CC" stack unless you want to die.
