What is the fastest way to lose two pants sizes without lopping off bits of my body or doing hard drugs.
I'm 6'4" 260lbs and wear a size 40-32 in Levi's. I want to be down to a 36 in about 3 weeks. A 38 would even be acceptable.

If dnp isn't a hard drug, then do that. 3 week 500 mg dnp cycle, ec stack, 1000 kcal deficit and other supps will let you drop 15ish pounds in 3 weeks. May not let you lose 4 inches off your waist but it's your best bet since you can't target fat around your waist.

Hey /fit/, a lard beast here, currently around 365 lb area. Last summer I got into lifting and calorie counting and lost 55 lbs in 3 months then was diagnosed with clinical depression and lost all will to live, so I gained all weight back, plus some. Decided I'm tired of being a land whale and would like some advice on decent food/meals. Already cut soda out, and eating a lot less fast food, but I have no idea what to buy/make. Problem is that I need to get my 1.5 mile run time down to 9 Minutes for PRAC but I want to continue making strength gains. Is there a routine you know of that can accommodate both?

Should you improve? i guess that depends what your goals are anon. If youve just taken up a martial art, then yes, your cardio is a very important factor. That will continuously improve the more you do it.

Standards are dependant on what specific training youre doing. I am very healthy, can deadlift 455, squat 405, but i cant run 2 miles in under 18 minutes because i hardly ever run.
I dont know if there is some general benchmark of health, but as of now, i am focused on getting stronger, and getting aesthetic, not to sprint or run
