Recently started lifting, somehow created a genuine habit of waking up at 5:30am and getting to the gym. It's been good, but I'm withdrawing from activities the rest of the day, or just find myself bored.

Anybody else experience this? Does this mean I won't make it?

I gym no earlier than mid-morning between 10am and 12pm usually that's a comfy time for me. I have a big lunch straight after.

abs thing is correct, but your abs will improve with heavy compounds. they just might not be as solid as you were expecting.

This was about 6 months ago. What the fuck happened?

I ate large bowl of bran about 10minutes before going for a walk. I'm wondering if it was all the fibre in me that did it, or if it was previous nights front squat.

Would it really look these guys to just train their traps

Per day I am currently on:

>500g of lean beef mince
>250g (uncooked) brown basmati rice
>400ml tin of red kidney beans

and I cook it in a little oil, plus take a multi and it costs me around 5$ a day

Macros are:

>140g protein
>96g fat
>220g carbs
>36g fiber

I cook the rice in stock and season it with cumin/paprika/chili/s&p and garnish with a little corriander, it's probably more flavorful than anything you eat.

Cutting Fatty here. Today was my "rest day" but I walked about 5 miles just to get some activity today. I ate kind of shitty today, and was wondering, since they say when you start you can lose fat and build muscle simultaneously, should I just add protein to my already fucked up diet for today and hit the weights, or what?
