I felt a sharp burning, injection like pain in this area when I was squatting today. It huts on the way up, not on the way down. It didn't hurt when doing deadlifts though.

I got the same thing when I squatted heavy with a belt. Without a belt it didn't happen.
Doctor told me it's due to a weakness in the abdominal wall and could potentially develop into a hernia if it goes bad enough. The solution for me was to squat without a belt and less often.

Hey, /fit/. I've been lifting for around six months now. Mostly everything is going great. I'm much more confident, my body's looking better and I can even say my endurance is improving.
The one big problem I have is fapping with these damn callices. I'm fapping two to three times a day, and suffice to say, I'm it's been extremely painful for me. Sometimes, my cockshaft bleeds to the point that I stain the inside of my underwear, and I'm afraid of it getting infected.

/fit/, my lower back is fucked and I'm sick of it.
I just came back from a run and both my lower left and right sides of my back are completely locked up and painful as hell. I don't know if this is a specific muscle that is in pain or one that others have felt hurt as a common thing as well, but I not sure what to do to fix it. The original way I seemed to pull it was almost a year and a half ago when I was lifting a medicine cabinet. I'm only 19 so this is fucked.

Try stretching before and after your run, and most importantly, FOAM ROLL, believe it or not, the shit works, I had/have the same issue as you, although I do not think as badly, but it gets quite painful, and although it doesn't fix it completely, it really helps to alleviate the pain A LOT. I've run track, and go for casual runs and runs to cut weight and such, and for the past year my back has gotten the better of me progressing, and although I won't say the pain has altogether disappeared, it has gotten to be a lot more manageable. This is if your lower back muscles hurt, which is what you have described. I will also interestingly point out that I never had pain in my lower back for any other reason than running, no deadlifting, no nothing, just when I hit ~800m my shit just kept getting fucked, but foam rolling really helped a lot, hope this helps.
