Anyone here have personal experience with DHEA? if so, how did it go?

I always thought it was useless for gains but recently I've met a few people who say it can provide a legit test boost to people in their 30s (I'm 32). Also, apparently it can work as an antidepressant and mood booster.

I'm thinking about buying a bottle of 50mg pills because it's cheap as hell and don't really feel like I have a lot to lose if I stick to the lowest dosage. How concerned should I be about gyno if I stick to 50mgs a day?

For calories and macros i track them with myfitnesspal. But when it comes to vegetables I have no clue.

Why the fuck doesn't my chest get bigger? I am benching, inclined bench dumbbells and normal bench dumbbells that are 50 pounds each. Why the fuck hasn't these 4 months brought any decent progress??! I am benching 45 on each side on a smith machine too and don't have access to a traditional bench. FUCK what is happening?

Why don't you do this: Four full body workout, each workout are separated by intensity and volume movements:
Workout 1: Intensity Upper, Volume Lower.
Workout 2: Volume Upper, Intensity Lower
Workout 3: Intensity Upper, Volume Lower
Workout 4: Volume Upper, Intensity Lower

5x5, Pyramid style with AMRAPS on the third and last set for intensity and AMAPS sets of 8/10/15 reps on volume days between 30%-60% of your 1RM. 5-10 different exercises every day, on volume you non variations while on intensity you do. :D
