Hi /fit. Thinking of switching my routine to a 6 day program. My question - is 6 days in the gym a week utterly pointless as a natty? Anyone here see good results from going 5/6 days?

I go 5 days a week and see good progress, been lifting seriously for about 2 years.
Bench went from 225x1 over summer to 225x5 on Monday. Squat is pathetic but going up pretty fast. And aesthetically I'm seeing a lot of progress.

The guy that sold it to me said it was dosed at 400mg per pill.

Is he right about steroids? Would athletes simply putting in more strength work be "good enough" or possibly they're misinformed and need to do more strength work instead of jumping the gun on turning to roids? Can an athlete effectively choose strength training over roids?

If it's a real gym, most Muay Thai practitioners are very laid back.
Of course there's always that one fucker that overcompensates.
Anyways, you'll probably feel like shit for the first few sessions. Warm ups are hard enough for most beginners. Seen too many people pass out because they overdo it.
