Haven't been able to squat and i cant deadlift now
I'm setting up an appointment with my doctor and going for physio but I want to know what I should do to not injure myself even more

>Tried to adjust posture but that damaged my left knee even more

I recently bought walking shoes for work and haven't experienced pain but I want to be able to do my workouts. I was suggested to do machine work while they heal, any advice fit?

Security, nothing that would be too stressful as the walking shoes have helped alleviate the pain when I work but I think I've damaged them alot

My squat form was pretty good before
(252lbs for 5x5 @ 163lbs bodyweight)
Not the best by any means but I was able to do it comfortably and easily, I just haven't been able to get back to that since these injuries

Is it really worth stressing out your knee joints just for fatter quads? No it's not.
You may be albe to use leg machines but, dude, give your fucking knees a break.

I haven't squatted in 2 months (injury happened around December) I stuck to leg presses since
I havent gone to the gym in two weeks since yesterday so i only found out then that my left knee pain didn't let me deadlift either
