I wanna keep talking about fasting, long term and 16/8 IF. I see a lot of questions about it on this board.

about two months ago i dabbled in alternate day fasting and slightly longer (longest was about 45 hours). started bulking soon after that, but i'm definitely going to use ADF when i decide to lose some fat.

I've been doing IF for a few months and at the beginning of March I decided to do longer fasts. I have done two 24 or 48 hour fasts a week.

The first 48 hour fast was harder than normal 16,8 IF, but I got some sea salt that i mix with water on the second morning and it's been absolutely great. When i finally break my fast I feel so good, and it only takes about 1/4 of my daily calories to feel full AF. The next few days i feel so refreshed.

So far by the end of the week i feel absolutely great and my weekly calorie count is like 5k or more under.

Side note: I've beat my max lifts during this duration in multiple exercises.

You wanna be strong you gotta commit. It's a big time commitment it's a big money commitment. You gotta spend about $2000 a year on milk.

By having an approachable personality you can have many girls approach you. Unfortunately if you have the (wana kill everybody) face like I do. People tend to stay away from you. Every now and then a person will finally approach me and realize that im actually a kind person. Smile more often, I cant do this because its just the way I am.

When i was ill for a year and a half and lost 20kg of pure muscle, my gf barely noticed and when i began dedicating myself to getting back in shape she really wasn't too concerned.

If you can't do that start with walking, running can be very fun and full filling if you make it that way.

Just go out there an do it, the only person you will be competing with is yourself. Watch a few videos on running form and breathing to start out and that's basically all you need.

Part of me thinks that good running form is one of those things that you have to learn when you're a child or you'll never be able to learn as an adult. Like language, or not throwing like a girl, or just general base athletic prowess.

I was just talking with my buddy about how weird it is when someone who isn't a fat glasses beard doesn't know how to catch a ball or runs like a bitch. It's like they're mentally fucked up or something. Some people just stayed inside growing up I guess.

Do you mean in terms of ankle mobility or shoulder/scapular mobility? Ankle mobility is like any other squat based exercise- personally barbell ankle stretches have worked really well for me. Shoulder dislocates with a pvc pipe and band pull-aparts do wonders for my overhead mobility.

Been going to Puregym and loving the antisocial aspect of it but my nurse started shilling this place and saying it's better than Puregym because it's cheaper and everyone there is a bit more hardcore and shit

Pros: heavy dumbells, always enough plates, alot of cardio shit, 4 squat racks, cheap af

Cons: always packed at peak time, full of gym newbies using all the dumbells from 20kg to 2kg for a superset, never see 1/2/3/4 , have to wait for stuff alot

do your shoulders a favor and stop doing lat raises because they are terrible for them. start doing lu raises instead with plates or dbs
