Just started and though I'm sore all over, it feels great!
There can be many reasons. I was in the exact same predicament, couldn't get past 1plate for my life. Struggled for like a year.
Then I switched gym and program (from SS to PHUL) and I went from 60 to 70kg in 2 months.
I am in desperate need of a guide for getting in shape to join the military. PLEASE HELP.

Focus on strength development first, do mostly compounds, don't overtrain like a maniac, control my calorie and macro intake and possibly do IF 18/6.

Has anyone here ever experimented with spinal stretches or other 'exercises' to increase height, manlet or otherwise?
I've pretty much given up on any height gain hopes, just turned 18 and still 5'5" with shitty pajeet genetics and slow af fat loss and muscle gainz. But asking cos I've seen people claim they got taller even after the age their growth plates are supposed to have closed.
Are they worth trying, is there any other way, or should I just end it?

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

it depends if you have a good routine or not, if you counter balance your training, then the stretching may not produce any noticeable results, but if you want to do advanced stuff like Manna you will need mobility for it
I fucked up on my first attempt at an uneven push up about a week ago: fairly small amount of pain, but I thought I'd better not take chances with my shoulder.
Today I tried some push ups and chin ups at a lower intensity, and the sensation in the shoulder is hard to describe - it's not really pain, it's not really an ache - sort of one step before an ache. It only happens for a few minutes after push ups. It's on the front side of the deltoid, perhaps a little below the surface, running downwards in the vague direction of my bicep.
Any idea what's going on?
