Purchased some compression shorts ,pic related, to prevent chafing and all that. Best thing about them is they stay dry. But what I'm scared about is if they're too tight on my dick. Whenever I get hard the shorts won't let my guy stand and it just goes to the side.

Also yes it will be tighter around your dick and balls, but your body makes your dick shrink when its compressed like that and when doing physical activity.

Also be aware that some of them don.t completely fit snugly into your upper thigh and gooch/ass area so you'll get this uncomfortable feeling of chaffing and sweat in that area due to the gap. Took me a couple tries but I found that the under armour clasic boxer jock (not the gray one) and under armour iso chill work best. Fits good on the thigh with minimal riding up and fits flush against my gooch and ass to help with swamp ass. I still leave a ass sweat streak when getting up from a plastic chair but cant do anything about that.

Any information on routines and diets regarding how to become lean and not anorexic through diet and exercise would be appreciated. Like if you were an MMA Fighter trying to make weight for in a week and you had to completely cut your shit up, how would you do so

The thing with a fighters weight cut (check out super hydration) is they wanna put the mass on again straight away so carb cutting and dehydrtion and hot fasted cardio. Not good for the real world, unless you have a modelling career or whatever.
You can lose muscle and fat and water all at once or seperately so weight loss does not always mean becoming lean, fat loss does.

Im on IF 20/4 and dont losing weight.
I traing with heavy weight 6 rep.
Find it very easy to stay at weight, cut or gain if i want.
Now im getting slowly leaner, dont losing weight and dont going down with weight.

I'm trying to eat at least 1000 calories / meal, as cheap as possible.

Can you /fit/izens help me with some suggestions?

Is doing Pressing movements 4x per week a bad idea. In alan thrall's recent video he said he benches/presses 3-4x a week. Would this work or is it just a meme.

Do any of you guys do bullet journaling? Ik this is not fitness related but half the fucking threads on here are usually about life and it's struggles anyways. To keep it fitness related, let's talk about how we could incorporate nutrition and lifting into journaling.

I have an extensive lifting journal, with a corresponding reference in the back for injury, sickness(limited to flu or worse), lacerations, extreme cardio fatigue, and mental trauma/tragedy. It helps keep an eye on my progression to see if i'm running behind schedule.

On the other spectrum, I have a drawing to represent good deeds (objectively a bad person before I found /fit/ and I owe society some substantial debt) however i keep it loose so it's not a bunch of good boy points and don't get to draw if I fail to be of service in any way and I do enjoy drawing
