Been lifting on/off for about 4 years, how much gains can I expect to make with this routine? It's for a firefighter physical exam

Mon/Wed/Fri

Warm up 10min
Dynamic stretching 5min

Circuit one serie per exercice, 30 sec rest between each exercise, 90 sec rest between each circuit serie. In () are my actual weights (r8 and h8)

1 Leg press 12/10/10 (160lbs)
Overhead press 12/10/10 (55lbs)
Lat pull down 12/10/10 (120lbs)
Dumbbell bench 12/10/10 (60lbs each hand)
Bent over rows 12/10/10 (45lbs)
Dumbbell squat 12/10/10 (50lbs each hand)

Strength-wise nothing
Hypertrophy-wise decent, but sub-par to a UL
Conditioning-wise pretty good, but seems pointless to be doing a weightlifting routine for conditioning instead of doing conditioning at the end of an actual strength program.

Also, those are some pretty shitty numbers for 4 years, I can do more for OHP at 3 months as a skelly.

They are, I've been lifting on/off and did a shit load of conditioning before. So I guess it's normal that I can't add weight? I feel I just stalled and I am still very exhausted at the end of the workout, no conditioning gains at all

What are my /fit/izens sleep/workout schedules? I'm thinking about going to bed early (8 PM) and waking up early (4 AM) so that I can get a good ass morning workout. Currently going to classes and eating and shit and then getting home around mid afternoon and starting to lose my pre-lift hype.

I go to bed at 11 or 12, get up sometime between 7 and 9 most days. I workout after classes, so around 2 or so. I love working out after the drearyness that is some of my classes, makes it a great workout

How can I try to weaken down Sleep Apnea?

I haven't been diagnosed since I have no money or insurance at the moment.

I've been told by multiple people that I snore loud and stop breathing for like 10 seconds at night at times.

I keep waking up exhausted and not fully there, which makes it hard to have the energy to do much, like work.

It takes a lot of energy to socialize and do physical work as well.

I am overweight, but I've been dealing with energy and poor breathing since I was very young, not having been overweight all throughout.

I am planning to lose weight, but need help with sleep apnea since the energy to work out isn't there a lot of the time.

How can I help combat it as I can work on getting money for actual treatment?

Please help, I want normal person energy someday.

I'm 220 lbs 5'9", if it matters.
