Any information on routines and diets regarding how to become lean and not anorexic through diet and exercise would be appreciated. Like if you were an MMA Fighter trying to make weight for in a week and you had to completely cut your shit up, how would you do so

Is there any difference between losing weight and becoming lean?
The thing with a fighters weight cut (check out super hydration) is they wanna put the mass on again straight away so carb cutting and dehydrtion and hot fasted cardio. Not good for the real world, unless you have a modelling career or whatever.
You can lose muscle and fat and water all at once or seperately so weight loss does not always mean becoming lean, fat loss does.

Im on IF 20/4 and dont losing weight.
I traing with heavy weight 6 rep.
Find it very easy to stay at weight, cut or gain if i want.
Now im getting slowly leaner, dont losing weight and dont going down with weight.
