hey /fit/ i need help with something, I've been very angry recently and I don't know why, whenever i'm failing at overwatch or struggling with homework I get fucking heated and ill yell or smack my fist into my palm with enough force my teeth hurt. a good part of it is genetics, yes, having the muscle concentration in key parts help.
a way to get a more thick appearance is to train traps, neck and forearm. if have you these 3 groups big, you will look big in a tshirt

I use myprotein as well, but only the salted caramel as their unflavored tastes horrendous as you've discovered. What I did when I had that flavor was but the big bags of frozen mixed fruit from Costco and blend that shit with my protein powder in my nutribullet. It covered up the taste and made a nice fruit smoothie, especially if you put the fruit in completely frozen
