Almost directly above the adam's apple, slightly to the right. It feels completely painless, a little bit hard but it does give slightly when I apply pressure to it.

If you are talking about the lump being slightly inwards and below the back corner of your jaw then it is a swollen lymph node. had it before.

Wouldn't really worry about it desu mine stayed for like a month and a bit, I did get it checked out they just xray it and go yup you are sick.

It theres more than 1 swollen lymph nodes on your body it can be a symptom of leukemia.
