Also, what's the best pre workout priced per serving? I thought Myprotein's Impact Pump Blend was good at £13 for 50 servings but it all clumped up and was unusable, so I had to throw it out.

Rowing is probably the most strenuous sport I've ever done in my life. It's cardio plus strength, rowing 2k is the equivalent of playing two basketball games back-to-back. 60% legs, 20% core, 20% arms; just be sure to google proper rowing form otherwise you'll look like an autist using the erg at the gym

So /fit/, I got sober and lost about 90 lbs over the past year. I feel great, and honestly, genuinely, want to thank this lame ass board for helping me get a great start on a healthy lifestyle. I wanted to ask if any of you think alcoholism is really a disease? Can I go back to drinking since I have proved to myself I haven't needed it for over a year?

whenever I squat I either:
keep knees behind toes, but lean forward too much (no butt win though, straight back)
or if I straighten my torso out more my knees track beyond my toes a little bit.
which one of these is better form? I can't maintain both otherwise the bar goes behind my midfoot and I fall backwards.
