Who's all prepping their meals for the week right now? Currently baking 3kg Chicken fillets, chopping sweet potatoes into wedges and boiling veggies. What about you lads?

I usually just throw my veggies in with my rice when it's about 2/3 cooked. Gives it a nice steam since the rice absorbed most of the water already.

Making tater tot hot dish with beyond meat for lunches Monday and Tuesday.
Making some roasted potatoes, beans, spinach, peppers, and salsa for dinner. Mix it all together. Shits good. Might add cheese if I have leftover from the tater tot shit.

Ironically I was using a product to protect my skin and ended up destroying it. I went out shirtless to stain a deck because it's over 100 here and because I couldnt reach my back I used some sunscreen spray. That night I used my loofah and everything was fine. The next day everything was fine as well. Today I have shitloads of small puss filled pimples where I sprayed and I also cant reach. I have since thrown out the spray bottle.

H-how do I avoid this going on? I probably will have to stain more decks soon. I honestly did nothing wrong

Yo /fit/, I snapped my shit up.

I was doing low weight bent over barbel rows when my mid-lower back started burning in a bad way, so I stopped and laid down to read a book for a while. A couple hours later I was making a snack and shit started hurting. I had to arch my back to walk at all, and it kept getting worse. The pain in my lower-mid back got too bad to stand, walk, or sit, so I was stuck on the couch watching TV for three days. My left hip started hurting too, and it was weeks before I could walk around a lot with no pain.

So now its been five weeks. I sit at a computer most of the day so I've been reading up on pelvic tilt and hip mobility and shit. Problem is, my left hip starts to hurt whenever I stretch. Also my lower back gets pretty pissed off on the left side if I sit for more than a few minutes.

Has anyone had similar injuries? How long did they take to heal? The internet says a pulled back muscle shouldn't take longer than a month.

I've stretched my entire life, I know what it feels like. This is bad pain, not stretch pain, somewhere deep within the hip joint.

It happens even if I'm very gentle and careful, especially with hip flexor stretches, and lasts a long time after I stop stretching.

how do you do farmers walks? how many sets, how far, what weight? I've just started doing these and I feel extreme burning in my forearms, but I'm not getting as severe DOMS as other muscles I started training (this is all after a vacation, which is why I have DOMS again)

Been reading up on studies conducted on contestants from The Biggest Loser.
From what I understand, it's almost impossible to lose a lot of weight and keep it off unless you keep up the same diet and exercise routines forever. As soon as you begin to burn more calories than you take in, your body will slow your metabolism accordingly.

This mirrors what I've noticed in my own life. I've managed to lose 5-10 pounds, but it always comes back unless I keep my diet and exercise the same. I still exercise and eat healthier than I used to, but I have to use a workstation treadmill and eat celery all day to actually lose any more weight.

Should I just accept that I'm not going to fit into my size 32 jeans anymore and get rid of them?

It's not about weight. Aesthetics is all about body composition.

Just lifting without dieting will help you, and when you see that you'll be more willing to do bulk/cut cycles.

It can be done, but it will be difficult. There are many schools of thought out there but the general rule is, most people have 0 clue what they are doing and will fail.

Weight gain is genetic. Any fit fag will scoff at the idea but it is. Not genetic in the sense of calories in and calories out but genetic with relation to how our bodies deal with stimulus it was never meant to deal with. We weren't supposed to live in a society with endless supply to food, we weren't meant to eat highly processed corn based foods. It completely fucks with your blood sugar and the release of certain hormones. These hormones regulate your appetite, your metabolism and other important functions in your body.

Some peoples bodies deal with it better than others, if you're not one of the lucky ones, you'll have to change your life style completely. Continue to diet, but avoid anything that will spike your blood sugar even if it is within your calories. You must continue to lift. That is your buffer, if you're eating a ton, keep lifting, and call it bulking.
