I mean I see what you mean, technically you can be lazy on a bike, but we're talking about exercise here. So obviously you're going to go all out no matter which one you choose, aren't you? Otherwise you're wasting your time.
Personally I do both. If you want a good workout from cycling then boy, you can get one. Find a good area to cycle in, preferably with some hills. Hills are the best. You want a challenge, cycle up some hills.

Lifting problems general?
I noticed a lot of people on here seem to have conditions like pectus excavatum, scoliosis, poland syndrome, etc. that might make getting fit harder, so how about a general where people can trade advice, feels, and bants?

Got a bit of a curve that makes overhead exercises a bitch because asymmetrical shoulders, also makes sleeping on my right side fucking suck. I just use dumbbells or cables instead of a barbell though

125 lb 1RM as a 170 lb skelly
I mix up my rep ranges on OHP all the time, so I haven't failed to progress yet.
IDK but I try to stick to higher rep ranges because of shoulder issues that hurt when I go heavy, but I try to do bigger volume.
Any rear delt stuff like read delt raises or face pulls, I love the way that big rear delts look and want them for myself too.
I got up to 140x5 but now I'm down to 130x4 after cutting
