With the stress of my new job, my appetite has been suppressed to the point that today Ive only had a black coffee, a twizzler, and some water melon. Feels good cuz I'm pretty fat at 5'10 185lbs.

Low carb, high protein. Hopefully something that fills you up without being too calorie heavy.

I tended to go with greek yoghurt, fruit, and a lot of water. For dinner, I went with Chicken breast, salad, and a lot of water. Make sure you're drinking a lot of water too.

Dinner - Loads of possible combos. Always try to include a meat (chicken preferably) though. A personal favorite is rice, chicken, and avocado after a heavy lifting day.

What routine should I get when I'm about to have a fucked up schedule in uni, /fit/? How do I maintain gains without burning out with lab + lectures lasting for 8 hours a day? Eating is also banned in class so I'm about to sacrifice some of my calorie surplus

Liquid calories. Blend milk, casein protein, banana, peanut butter, and a little bit of wpi to help with texture and flavour from casein.

I want to build my cardiovascular endurance back up after a 6 month hiatus from running. I used to run 10-15 miles a week and hated it. Will a rowing machine be as good for my cardiovascular endurance as running?

Spent $60 on a Myostatin inhibitor called Myo-X. Has anyone else used products like this? What were the results?

I've been using Myo-X for almost a year now.
People that say it doesn't prevent myostatin have obviously never taken it because the shit works, maybe even a little too well. It's beyond cheating. I don't even call it a shortcut to gains, I call it a teleporter to gains.

I'm not sure as to how huge you want to be OP, but for me I realized that I was getting a little too big for my liking after the first 6 weeks of taking it. I went from 5'11" and 190 lbs to 6'1" and 230. I didn't actually get taller in terms of my body growing longer, but you don't realize that you have muscle on your feet and head until you block the myostatin that isn't allowing them to grow. I look like I am literally made of muscle from head to heels.

Because I felt that I was getting too big I cut down on my workouts until now where I don't even workout because I don't have to. Myo-X has completely erased all of my myostatin and my body grows muscle without my needing to do anything. It's amazing and I'm surprised that this stuff is still legal.

I lifted weights for the first time in my life and 12 hours later I can barely move my arms. Is this normal? I did 75 reps each until I couldn't lift anymore.
