So will Jujimufu
Really want to start a 5/3/1 but I'm wanting to look at a few before I choose. Any of you have a suggestion?
Inb4 read sticky, I did
531 is a great program m80. I dont do it personally because I train for sports but if your goal is strength or size, you won't be disappointed with its variations.

Thanks for the input but I'm looking for tries and succeeded programs from others so I choose the right one
As a skinny-fat are you supposed to bulk or cut???
That's not skinnyfat.
Skinnyfat is when you have a gut that you clench with your hand.

Hi /fit/. I hurt the aforementioned tendon a long time ago, took two weeks off from the gym, tried going back and it still hurt, so I took more time off. I haven't been to the gym since June 24th.
I went outside just now and did some chin ups just to test it and it still feels funky. Honestly it feels like it's never gonna fucking heal. I'm sick of not going to the gym, can't take it anymore.
What do? How the fuck do I fix this? If I can't fix it, what kind of routine can I do in the gym instead? Basically I can't do anything that involves pulls which curl the biceps (e.g. chin ups, rows, bicep dumbbell work, most back work apart from deadlifts etc).

You don't need anything more than a barbell, weight plates, and some protein powder dude.
I do recommend vitamin D3, but I'd recommend that to almost anyone.
Hey /fit I'm 17, 6'1 and i weigh 250lbs. I'm trying to be at a cool 220, anyone have advice on how to shed some pounds, not looking for a quick fix, just good advice, or a good plan.

read the sticky
calories in < calories out = weight loss
calories in > calories out = weight gain

>go to /fat/
>my fitness pal
>do cardio
>used to be /fit/ in HS
>5'10 168lbs
>graduate HS and hang with normie scum
>start drinking a lot and eat junk food all time with them
>end up 220lbs
>start to work out again after normies dump me and eat healthy while counting calories
>feel confident and glad since developing new found discipline
>i feel my muscles tightening and bulging again but still fat
>slightly less fat dad suddenly starts making fat jokes
>mom tells me she likes that im fat
>roastie from FB tells me she's exclusive to fit guys after leading me on
I don't want to say it bothers me but it honestly did.
Quite the opposite.
I'm from an Albanian family. My mother feeds me meats and breads and cheeses all day and my father does carpentry and forces me to come work with him lifting heavy shift.
I'm fucking Yuuuuuge bro.
I just want to cut though. It's impossible
I would say it's the neck, traps, upper back and glutes.
neck, shoulders, arms
Neck theory is the only legit theory

Neck, lats, delts
My GF is a bit chubby. She is 177cm tall and 95kg. She really hates her body, but she is the cutest thing ever. She wants to get to 75kg,im perfectly fine with that.
Her birthday is pretty soon and I want to help her lose weight.
As a gift i want to help motivate her and change her lifestyle a bit. I try to get her to go for runs with me and count calories (these worked for me 2 years ago) but i cant.
Any ideas? Anythings we can do together (not gym as we dont live anywhere close to a gym)
I told her that i will buy her cute dresses and shirts if she loses weight, but after 1 month she barley lost 1kg.
1st goal is under 85kg by the end of the year and under 75 by next summer.
I also need a way to like write this down on the birthday card.... :/
Hate doing them, need a legit workout for max shred

dragon flags and full body rollouts
Retard here, got a good guide for full body roll out? All I'm seeing are guides to use a foam roller.
I'm also shit with abs so wanna get better
SQUATS AND OATS
just started boxing, that shit is heavy cardio, everyone i asked said its impossible to lift for mass and still keep going to the boxing gym, is it true?
would boxing 3days per week and lifting 3days be a stupid idea?
>>42311323
Just make sure to eat a crap ton for recovery and you can pull it off OP.
>>42311332
wow thats good to hear anon thank you i've thought the same, i'm currently ottermode aiming to raise my bodyfat to atleast 12%
>>42311323
I did that for a year while cutting and studying
was brutal and always felt tired but pretty fun, managed to maintain my lifts and to me lifting affected more boxing than the opposite since my shoulders endurance suffered
So I'm pretty much a total beginner to lifting, and I have a few questions. My upper back is sore, I think squats are the cause - is this a problem, or is this normal? Also, how long should I do SS? How do I know when to move on?
>>42311313
On SS your upper back can only be sore from deadz
>>42311457
But is this soreness normal?
>>42311483
Yeah, when I first did deads I couldn't get up without pain the next day. Be careful with deadlift form (all form desu but deadlift form is by far most important), and you'll eventually get used to the volume and not feel the soreness that much after your workouts.
You're just sore because your body is not used to the stimulus.
