My GF is a bit chubby. She is 177cm tall and 95kg. She really hates her body, but she is the cutest thing ever. She wants to get to 75kg,im perfectly fine with that.
Her birthday is pretty soon and I want to help her lose weight.
As a gift i want to help motivate her and change her lifestyle a bit. I try to get her to go for runs with me and count calories (these worked for me 2 years ago) but i cant.
Any ideas? Anythings we can do together (not gym as we dont live anywhere close to a gym)
I told her that i will buy her cute dresses and shirts if she loses weight, but after 1 month she barley lost 1kg.
1st goal is under 85kg by the end of the year and under 75 by next summer.
I also need a way to like write this down on the birthday card.... :/
