Question about GSLP.

I have been doing it for about a month after fucking around with brosplit for the first ~4 months or so.

Does it matter if I do the Pullups or Rows, or should I be alternating them between workouts. So far I have only been doing pullups and was one rep short on 5x5 unweighted last time. Should I switch to Rows on workout A and pullups on workout C. Do they target similar back muscles or what's the deal.

Anyone become even more of a social outcast since becoming /fit/?

The only time I used to socialize was on weekends when I went out drinking and since I've stopped drinking now, I don't even do that, not that anyone invites me anymore. I also stopped eating outside because it's unhealthy so I don't get invited to lunches or whatever. I just go to work, come home, go to gym and stay at home.

I thought part of making it was socially, I suppose I'm failing at that.

Today I drank a gallon in about 3 hours.

I was working outside putting timber posts around a drive way and hammering them in.
Then moving 100lb stones around because the owner of the property was a fucking autistic cunt who couldn't make up her mind on where she wanted the stones. After the 5th time being told to move a stone back where I found it I yelled at "Lady! Just make up your mind! Jeez"

So I started taking magnesium glycinate about 3 days ago, and I feel like it's been working. Getting up in the morning has been feeling different and dreams have been more pronounced.

The first day I took 400 mgs. The next couple i took 300 in the morning then 300 at night. I know I haven't had enough time to come to a conclusion about this mineral, but it might be what my body and brain have been missing.

So I would like to hear about people's experiences, good or bad.

Do you guys /fit/ your little brothers or sisters? Or any younger family members or friends? I'm currently trying to get my cousin into lifting while he's in the 7th grade and then with that we're going to try out for the wrestling team.

Figure i'll get him started 2 years before highschool hits so he can be alpha by time he's in the 10th at the very least.

The US serving is made for a 35 year old 120lb female I believe. If thats the case as a 175lb male my daily cholesterol serving would be around 450mg. My question is if its healthy to eat cholesterol within serving limit or if its better to just eat as low as possible of it.
